The role in a nutshell:
- Client Engagement: Build a strong collaborative relationships with your clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Product Expertise:* Develop an in-depth understanding of our marketing measurement tools, allowing you to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Client Success: You are responsible for embedding Objective Platform in the business process of the client. Therefore, explaining the platform, training the client and making strategic plannings to improve the collaboration. You will be responsible for implementing our Customer Success program at our clients.
- Strategic Client Success: Collaborate with clients to establish clear success criteria and goals, creating tailored strategies to help them achieve these objectives.
- Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in seamlessly integrating our marketing measurement solutions, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Client Health Monitoring: Use key metrics and data analysis to assess the health of client relationships and take proactive measures to maintain or enhance it.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with cross-functional teams within Objective Platform to promptly address and resolve client issues and challenges.
- Client Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention, reduce churn, and strengthen client loyalty.
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the client success team to share best practices, strategies, and insights that drive exceptional client engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a customer success role, or senior media consulting preferably in a senior capacity, with a strong focus on client engagement and retention.
- Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring their success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in English is important for our business. German proficiency would be an advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to analyze client data and trends to develop effective solutions.
- Marketing Measurement Knowledge: A solid understanding of our marketing measurement services or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills are needed to have to ability to work with Objective Platform and help our clients.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and share insights for mutual success.
- Bachelor's Degree or Masters degree: A master/bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
