The opportunity:
As we accelerate our expansion across Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team in Amsterdam. This is a critical role focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying enterprise-level opportunities.
You aren’t just “booking meetings”, you are the first point of contact for senior marketing leaders at some of the worlds’s largest brands. You will work in close partnership with our Account Directors to build a high-quality pipeline, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to strategic partnership. We need someone who can master the complexity of our product but possesses the confidence to sell the “vision” without getting lost in the technical weeds.

The role in a nutshell:
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our commercial team, you will:
- Take full responsibility for developing a new business pipeline through proactive outbound activities (LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking/events).
- Identify and engage senior stakeholders (CMOs, Heads of Media and Marketing) within enterprise organisations across Europe.
- Work side-by-side with an Account Director to prepare for meetings and ensure a smooth, professional handover of qualified leads.
- Quickly grasp the complexities of Marketing Mixed Modelling (MMM) and explain its value in simple, compelling terms that resonate with executive pain points.
- Stay ahead of MarTech trends and our competition to have high-level conversations with marketeers.
- Maintain and capture interactions on our CRM to ensure data-driven sales forecasting and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align outreach with current campaigns, and help refine the messaging and sales materials used to attract enterprise clients.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- 3-4 years of BDR/SDR experience within Enterprise Saas Sales, ideally within MarTech or AdTech space.
- Confident in reaching out to and holding conversations with C-level stakeholders at global companies
- You are resilient, proactive and take personal ownership of your targets. You don’t wait for leads to come to you; you go out and find them.
- Ability to navigate a complex product and sell the “why” rather than just the “how”, keeping prospects focused on the business value.
- A desire to work closely within a commercial team, contributing to a collective goal of European market dominance.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools and experience with using the latest AI tools to personalise outreach and optimise the sales process.
Preferred:
- Experience with modern intent-data platforms.
- An understanding of the media agency landscape and digital marketing metrics.
