The opportunity:
As we are continue our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive growth and manage high-level partnerships from our Amsterdam headquarters. In this role, you will be responsibile for overseeing a portfolio of enterprise clients and driving our new business initiatives within the Dutch and international markets.
We are looking for a leader who takes full ownership and responsibility for the client journey. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client and the central link for our internal delivery teams. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will play a key role in accelerating our commercial success.

The role in a nutshell:
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our commercial team, you will:
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for client success, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable business value and ROI for the client.
- Act as the strategic lead for the Account Team (consisting of a Lead Data Scientist and an Implementation Consultant) to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with client goals.
- Coordinate internal resources, manage project timelines and maintain high standards of delivery across complex implementations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and main interface for the client, translating their business needs into technical requirements for the internal team.
- Navigate multi-layered organisations, aligning interest between Marketing, Finance, Data teams to driven consensus.
- Analyse industry trends and client feedback to inform our product roadmap and local marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new high-value opportunities, building robust business cases that guide clients in marking data-driven budget allocation decisions
- Identify and pursue new high-value opportunities, promoting our advanced marketing measurement solution to enterprise clients.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management within the SaaS Marketing Technology (MarTech) industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical) and manage complex project to completion.
- A strong sense of ownership, you don’t just manage the relationship, you ensure the delivery of results and value to the client.
- Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and engaging with C-level executives and senior marketing managers.
- Ability to collaborate with Data Scientists to translate complex insights into actionable strategic advice for clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in an open, flat organisational structure.
Preferred:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Econometrics, or related field.
- Experience working within a technical SaaS environment and/or with marketing measurement technology.
- Understanding of the Dutch media landscape.
