You will take a leading role in delivering projects that apply our platform’s insights and tools to solve real-world marketing challenges. From supporting strategic budget allocation to guiding day-to-day channel decisions, you will work closely with our clients to ensure our models deliver real, measurable value:

The role in a nutshell:
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our operations team, you will:
- Lead marketing measurement projects for top European advertisers, collaborating with marketing teams, media, and creative agencies to deliver actionable insights.
- Configure our hierarchical Bayesian Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solution, translating complex business questions into precise model decisions.
- Present key insights to clients through engaging sessions using our insights dashboards and Media Scenario Planner.
- Drive the effective integration of our tooling within client organizations, empowering data-driven marketing decisions from strategic budget planning to ongoing optimizations.
- Develop intelligent dashboards and activation tools that transform complex insights into easily accessible and actionable information.
- Partner with Account Directors to identify and expand opportunities for deeper platform adoption within our existing client base.
- Provide expert consulting support during the sales process as needed.
Requirements:
- Background in data science, analytics and/or marketing analytics
- 2+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting projects
- Experience in applying analytics or tech solutions to client business problems
- Strong communicator, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear marketing implications
- Fluent in English (speaking Dutch is a plus)
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Experience with the Google stack (BigQuery, Colab, GMP) is a plus
