Customer Success Manager

As Customer Success Manager, you ensure our software is properly utilized by our clients and embedded in their workflow. You are responsible for generating revenue, as well as identifying, negotiating, securing, and expanding opportunities. You will develop and maintain client relationships, most of which are within the C-level at organizations and function as the point of contact.

The role in a nutshell:

Responsibilities

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience, cultivating client relationships, and becoming your clients’ trusted advisor.
  • Developing and executing the account management strategy to meet the agreed milestones and planning.
  • Ensuring targets (MRR and One-Off) are achieved or exceeded.
  • Constantly improving Customer Engagement with the product and its insights through client meetings such as (bi-) weekly’s, demos, and training sessions (both face-to-face and calls).
  • Leading the collaboration with cross-departmental team members (such as data scientists, new business sales and product development) to deliver complete business solutions.
  • Understanding the client’s business questions in the category of marketing and media investments and optimization.
  • Maintaining our high-quality standards of communication and service towards clients

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success and/or media consulting
  • A higher level of education (Bachelor or Master), preferably commercially focused
  • Fluent in German (written and verbal)

Business Development Representative

Do you want to land your first job in sales?

Do you want to learn the first steps in sales? We have a new position within the Sales team as Business Development Representative. What does this mean? You will be working with the number one sales tools, such as Hubspot, and get hands-on experience on what it takes to land your first meeting. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential advertisers in Europe. You will gain extensive knowledge of the marketing technology industry and all the important trends.

To be successful in this role, you need to be fully committed to getting a better understanding of Objective Platform and what our role is in the marketing and media ecosystem. Preference is you already have experience in developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. International Sales Manager

Objective Platform is the creator of a smart marketing measurement platform that allows brands to track and optimize multi-channel media investments. Headquartered in Amsterdam, with offices in London and Singapore, our platform powers international clients’ data-driven marketing activities. We work for some of the biggest advertisers in Europe, large corporates who spend millions on media.

As International Sales Manager, you are an essential part of Objective Platform’s commercial team as we continue our international expansion, focusing on Europe and Asia. You are responsible for handling all commercial opportunities and sales, ranging from cold calling and online demos to appointments with potential customers in order to realize team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Developing sales activities (new business) and following up with prospects
  • Taking the lead in the sales process
  • Cooperating and interacting with other departments such as presales and data science

Our growing team is looking for a Medior Data Scientist to join our awesome team! As a Data Scientist, you will work on the development of new marketing and analytics models. With the help of our experienced Data Analysts and engineers, you will be able to offer cutting-edge insights in the form of dashboards and reports to our prestigious clients. In fact, you will be in touch with them for the creation of innovative, disruptive models.

  • You extend and create innovative marketing and analytics models, which optimize media investments, analyse conversion rates, and forecast churn and retention.
  • You extend and create smart dashboards to translate the outcomes of our models to actionable insights that our clients can use in their marketing decision-making process.
  • You offer consultancy services to clients built on statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modelling, and optimization.
  • You manage one or multiple big clients and collaborate with various marketing teams, media agencies, and creative agencies.
